Call description:
The objective of the call is to deeply understand the mechanism of virus interaction with environmental media, create new methods for detecting virus enrichment, isolation and survival in complex media, study the laws of survival, apoptosis, transfer and transformation, and find out the inactivation effectiveness of viruses under different chemical and biological actions. The key technologies of virus safe killing and secondary risk control in the environment will be served as the measurement.
The final result of the project is to design the environmental risk control strategy to deal with major outbreaks and to provide basic scientific support for the improvement of the national biosecurity prevention and control system and public health emergency system.
